Warriors and The Word: Censored News Hits 17 Million

By Brenda Norrell

Censored News

In a couple of days, Censored News will cross the 17 million mark for pageviews. We did it with no funding. For 11 years, since the time I was censored and blacklisted out of the mainstream, the Word has prevailed.

The Word is actually the words of many. These are the words of the Good Hearts. They are the words, images and sounds of the writers, photographers, video producers and radio producers who have given freely of the work that springs from their hearts, the work that the Spirit tells them to carry forward.

They are the magic makers of Censored News. They are our translators in France and Belgium; they are the ones who give us a place to sleep; they are the ones who make us laugh and they are the ones who  inspire us to fight another day.

They are the Warriors, the Lovers of Mankind and the Earth, and it has been an honor to continue this Word.

For all the TigerSwans that come and go, there remains The Uncensored Word.

Thanks to our enemies who have made us stronger, and thanks to the Spirit of Truth that is alive and gives us The Uncensored Word.

Forty-three U.S. Senators want to make it a felony to boycott Israel, and support Palestine. Meanwhile, MuckRock reveals that unlicensed TigerSwan mercenaries stalked Palestinians at Standing Rock camps. Public relations firms hired by Dakota Access Pipeline — and their web of select media — were particularly obsessed over a Palestinian flag at Standing Rock.
This comes as Israeli Apartheid contractor Elbit Systems is ready to build spy towers on Tohono O’odham Nation land, where there are O’odham burial places.

Trump’s Twitter Pass: Rallying bullies for racial violence

The final assault on Standing Rock water protectors camps, during the Trump administration in February, was the result of bogus security reports by TigerSwan mercenaries, working in collusion with with Morton Country Sheriff, and militarized police. Today, Trump uses Twitter to rally bullies for racial violence and hate crimes.

Trump rallies bullies for racial violence and hate crimes, as U.S. contracted mercenaries ensure the murder the innocents

Twitter refuses to tell Censored News why our links have been blocked since September. However, Twitter defends the right of the low-brain-wattage president to make threats, harass others, target individuals, and create an atmosphere of racial hatred that results in deadly violence. The Washington Journal published Twitter’s defense of Trump’s tweets:

http://washingtonjournal.com/2017/07/03/twitter-finally-broke-silence-trumps-abusive-tweets/

Meanwhile, Censored News links have been blocked by Twitter since September, when we began exposing excessive force by militarized police and mercenaries at Standing Rock, and the public relations schemes of President Obama who used delaying tactics on Dakota Access Pipeline.

The permit for Dakota Access Pipeline was actually granted by the Obama Administration, beginning in the spring of 2014, before Obama went to Standing Rock in June of 2014, according to Dept. of Energy documents.

President Obama refused to halt the police violence against Standing Rock peaceful water protectors, even after Cheyenne River Chairman Harold Frazier made a personal appeal to Obama in Los Angeles. Obama instead went golfing and to a pricey fundraiser. The next day, police at Standing Rock beat water protectors with batons, and shot them with rubber bullets and tear gas.

However, Obama used a shrewd campaign of public relations which involved superficial delaying tactics. The public seldom focused on the fact that it was actually the Obama Administration that granted the DAPL permits.

Now, the federal court is engaged in more superficial legal and public relations tactics, disguised to appear as victories for the people, as the oil flows through the Dakota Access Pipeline.

At Twitter, as shown above, this was one of our last posts before Censored News links were blocked in September. It exposed the fact that mercenaries were involved in the dog attack on water protectors defending burial places from bulldozers., This post identified retired Bismarck police officers hired as security thugs by DAPL.

Of course now, nine months later, The Intercept has identified TigerSwan mercenaries and its many subcontractors, along with its relationship to law enforcement while working illegally without a license in North Dakota.  After our post here appeared, it was followed by repeated attacks by former U.S. military, who used their real names as they attempted to defend the mercenaries employed by DAPL. Their Facebook pages are packed with beer, boots and blondes, and of course the weapons they used for killing in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The exposure of mercenaries was one of our last links posted at Twitter:

http://bsnorrell.blogspot.com/2016/09/torchlight-mercenaries-identified.html

While the mercenaries and contractors were picking up their paychecks, and militarized law enforcement were employed for a private oil company, the water protectors of Standing Rock were beaten, gassed, and injured, jailed in dog kennels, and forced to spend time and money on bogus court charges.

While all this ridiculous tweeting is going on by President Trump, women, children and elderly die in bogus wars, and are assassinated by drones due to faulty intelligence. These facts were exposed by Snowden. The facts of “manufactured intelligence” are now obvious by The Intercept’s exposure of TigerSwan’s ridiculous security reports at Standing Rock.

The manufactured intelligence and ridiculous security reports are aimed at continued funding for bogus security contractors, and genocidal attacks based on racial profiling, and protecting corporate dollars. Those corporate dollars also fund the U.S. Congressmen who keep mercenaries and killer corporations in contracts and safe from any real exposure.

TigerSwan, Blackwater and others are contracted overseas by the U.S. government.

The result is endless war, torture and the murder of the innocents.

As for the low-brain-wattage president, and his tweets, President Trump knows exactly what he is doing.

It is distraction, and it is a way of rallying bullies and fools.

It is the cause of deadly racial violence and hate crimes in the United States and Trump and Twitter must be held accountable.

COUNSELOR, New Mexico — The International Indigenous Youth Council and Native youths in the Four Corners Area ran 80 miles, in 103 degree heat, to bring attention to fracking in the Greater Chaco Area. The runners exposed the negative health effects fracking has on the local communities on the Navajo Nation, and the region.
Runners began south of Counselor and concluded their run at the Bureau of Land Management offices in Farmington.
“The Greater Chaco Region is a checkerboarded area of Tribal, state, federal, and allotment land,” Native runners said.

“The Bureau of Land Management has approved more than 400 new fracking wells without adequate Tribal consultation or protections for community health, water and climate impacts. Fracking development threatens ancient Chaco culture and sacred sites and also Navajo people and living communities in the area who have been dealing with the impacts of resource extraction for decades.
“Please help native youth protect our health, our future and our Mother Earth.”

In camp at night, the runners hosted, “Southwest culture nights.” Native elders and youths shared with local communities, songs, stories, prayers and ceremonies.

FARMINGTON, N.M. – A group in the Four Corners area is on an environmental mission. Members went on an 80-mile run in the June heat to deliver a message to federal authorities. “They said it was about 103 yesterday. It was rough, but it wasn’t rough enough to keep us away,” runner Kendra Pinto said. Kendra Pinto was one of about a dozen runners that ran the 80 miles, relay-style, from Counselor, New Mexico to the Bureau of Land Management Farmington Field Office in three days. The group wants people to know about the effect they say fracking has on the land and people who live in it.

Honoring Lehman Brightman by John Redhouse

In Honor

We have lost another great warrior with the passing of Dr Lehman Brightman, Sr. Lehman or Lee, La Nada Means, and other militant activist-warriors in the San Francisco area boldly founded the United Native Americans (UNA) in the summer of 1968. As a college freshman, I will always remember his strong militant leadership and voice when we protested the anti-Indian presence of Secretary of Interior Walter Hickel (a pro-termination enemy of the People) and corrupt Vice President Spiro Agnew during the annual convention of the National Congress of American Indians in Albuquerque in October, 1969. In our direct action protest, we even took it to the streets when we blocked their motorcade procession from the airport to downtown before being surrounded and brutalized by armed security guards. Later, however, we managed to boo (or heckle) Hickel off stage at the convention. And I will never forget the powerful and eloquent speech he delivered in that packed conference room at the Motor Inn in Window Rock in August, 1970 on the need for militance, always, in the course of our activist work and the necessity of taking the strongest possible action in defense of native peoples and lands throughout the Americas. In January, 1978, I met him again at the Albuquerque Indian School auditorium when he spoke of his continuing work—as an activist and a scholar—documenting and exposing the horrific environmental and health impacts of uranium development on Navajo and Pueblo lands and the criminal motives behind the illegal mass sterilization of native women. I continued to follow and support his life’s work until 2011 when he suffered a crippling stroke and could no longer serve native people. A true warrior, he sacrificed and gave to his people. He gave and gave until he couldn’t give anymore. Like Herb Blatchford, Clyde Warrior, Mel Thom, and other great visionary leaders of the Red Power era, Dr. Lehman Brightman will always be remembered for his remarkable work and enduring legacy.

All Our Relations,
John Redhouse

Thank you John Redhouse, Dine’, for sharing with Censored News your memories of Dr. Lehman Brightman, who passed to the Spirit World on Sunday afternoon.

Wendsler Nosie, Sr., on the arrests in Santa Fe of Warriors during the protest of the glorification of Conquistadors, “I was really proud of them. They didn’t carry fear, they’re not afraid of being visible and heard. I care about them and hope that now that they’ve received attention that they will use their spiritual ways to carry this struggle forward. Through that many things can blossom. I also applaud the non-Natives who were arrested. We need to be unified in the message of healing of this country, and grow as a family.” An exclusive interview for Censored News by Frances Madeson, thank you, and Wendsler Nosie Sr.

EDGEMONT, South Dakota — The Seismic Testing Project is at work everyday for another month. Every day is another day of attack to the Sacred Black Hills and Wind Cave Structures below, which have been mapped at 300 miles.

The permit process is illegal because none of the tribes were notified.

The same Cultural Relevance attack is holding, Dewey Burdock Uranium project is in the same area of Edgemont, South Dakota.

As for Crow Butte Uranium Expansion, our Oglala Sioux Tribal Attorney Steve Gun did not want to pursue anything because he said there are no grounds, because the process is already done

So we are looking for any legal help.

.

Tonia Stands said, “They never mentioned any Nations connected to the Sacred Black Hills. National Forest Service ignores us all. Instead they go to private archaelogical consultants and SHPO (State Historic Preservation Officer) plus the District Ranger, then sign off on our Indigenous Rights.

We need all Warriors, Land Defenders, Sacred Site Protectors, Akicita, Lakota/Dakota/Nakota Oyate to come and join us in a opposition against this illegal Seismic Testing Project.”
